THANK YOU ALL FOR A WICKED FUN DAY!

We would like to formally thank the Yorkey’s Motorhome Association, especially Kevin and Roy who helped us organise time on the track today. Without your association covering the cost of the track today, we would not have been able to hold the first SAESK8 races ever (with no cost to participants)!
Thank you to all the riders that came and did their best. Footage from the day will be posted to the group page very soon!

Six trophies were awarded, with Matt and Sascha taking two each, and Stan and Andy taking one each. Each is inscribed with their class and “fastest racer” title, along with SAESK8 Kapunda 2024.

The highlight of the day (for myself) was watching Stan and Stefan race neck and neck along the final stretch of the dirt EUC race, with Stan pulling ahead by only a metre or two to win in the last few seconds.
